Método que retorna a Ultima sessão fiscal do SAT.


Comando: SAT_ConsultarUltimaSessaoFiscal(sResposta, esTamanho);


Caso contenha na resposta o arquivo XML (codificado em base64) da venda ou do cancelamento, automaticamente será gerada o arquivo xml na pasta onde estão configurados os arquivos XML de vendas SAT da biblioteca.
